Rolling out Oracle Cloud Apps is no small feat. It touches every colleague, and without the right steer, change at this scale can feel more like turbulence than take-off. That’s where we came in.

We pulled together a change network of 200+ people—part cheer squad, part troubleshooting unit—anchored in clear planning, thoughtful design, and plenty of hands-on capability building.

To keep the wheels turning, we automated the boring stakeholder-management tasks and built a SharePoint-based AI agent that could field questions before they clogged up the helpdesk.

Add in some disciplined delivery and close ties with nine business areas (including frontline teams), and momentum stayed high instead of fizzling out.
