One Imaging
Turning fragmented imaging systems into a connected, AI-ready research ecosystem.
Imaging should accelerate discovery. Not slow scientists down.
But fragmented platforms, disconnected workflows and siloed datasets were making research harder than it needed to be. Teams were spending too much time chasing information instead of advancing science.
The ambition was significant: Create a global enterprise imaging ecosystem connecting clinical trials, omics and EHR data through AI-powered capability — supporting research from discovery through to commercialisation.
The technology shift was substantial. The people shift was even bigger.
We led the change strategy, helping leadership align early around a clear direction, adoption pathway and communication approach.
The work focused on turning a highly complex programme into something globally coherent and locally usable.
This included:
Establishing an international sounding board to shape decisions and champion adoption across regions
Building a persona-led communication strategy aligned to different user realities
Creating sponsor-led engagement moments that reinforced trust and visibility
Designing digital-first, AI-ready learning experiences for internal teams and external vendors
Supporting adoption across a globally distributed stakeholder environment
