One Imaging

Imaging should accelerate science not slow it down. But fragmented data, siloed tools and duplicated workflows were getting in the way. Researchers were chasing datasets instead of advancing discovery.

The ambition was bold: harmonise a much-loved imaging platform into one global, enterprise-scale ecosystem — connecting clinical trials, omics and EHR data using AI-powered algorithms, from discovery to commercialisation.

Big tech shift. Even bigger people shift.

We defined and led the change strategy. This involved aligning leaders early, clarifying the narrative and mapping the journey from global vision to local adoption.

A 20-person international sounding board helped shape decisions and champion the platform across regions. We built a persona-led comms rhythm, backed by live sponsor events, to create a trusted pulse of engagement. And we delivered a multi-channel training approach — AI-ready guides and a digital-first hub — equipping internal teams and external vendors with practical, on-demand capability.
