Data was everywhere. Across systems, regions, and disease areas, it had grown faster than the ways of working around it — creating friction, duplication, and the risk of insight getting lost.

The solution wasn’t just new tools. It was a cultural shift toward FAIR data — making information Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable by default. That meant changing how teams thought about ownership, trust, and collaboration, not just where files lived.

We worked with disease-area teams to recognise their collective power, breaking long-standing habits that kept data locked in silos. By encouraging open, responsible sharing, teams began to see their data not as something to protect, but as something to enable better, faster, and more consistent patient-first decisions.

Designed to feel human rather than technical, the programme focused on mindset as much as mechanics — building confidence, shared language, and practical ways of working that could scale across a complex, regulated environment.
