A FAIR Approach

Helping teams shift from data ownership to data enablement.

Data had expanded faster than the organisation’s ways of working.

Across systems, disease areas and regions, information was fragmented, duplicated and difficult to reuse effectively. Valuable insight risked getting trapped behind siloed behaviours and inconsistent collaboration.

The challenge was not the technology on its own. It was the behaviour surrounding it.

The organisation needed teams to embrace FAIR data principles — making information Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable by default.

That required a shift in mindset around ownership, trust and collaboration.

We helped design the behavioural and communication side of the transformation.

The work focused on helping teams recognise the collective value of more open, connected and responsible data-sharing practices.

This included:

  • User journey and behavioural analysis

  • Communication planning and engagement

  • Workshop facilitation and collaborative design sessions

  • Digital experience support

  • Shared language and adoption reinforcement

The programme was deliberately designed to feel practical and human rather than overly technical.

The result was stronger collaboration, clearer behavioural alignment and greater confidence in scalable FAIR data practices.

Focus Areas

  • User journey analysis

  • Communication planning and execution

  • Digital experience development

  • Workshop facilitation
